We invite you to a FREE seminar presented by Copeland Ashcroft Law and Findex on “Managing absenteeism “.

Absenteeism can be a complex issue, and has a real impact for business and the team around the person or people who are away often.  This seminar will cover options to deal with absenteeism and provide insight into what actions an employer can take both from a legal and best practice perspective to both manage and prevent this from occurring in the workplace.

We will cover:

• How to address repeated absenteeism and why you should address it
• Managing authorised leave
• Dealing with absenteeism that appears intermittent and suspicious
• Calling halt on medical incapacity and long term absences.
