Adam comes from a central government background, having worked in several roles throughout his career at the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment in Wellington. His work involved closely working with both union and employer groups, developing employment legislation, and representing New Zealand on the international stage for both trade and labour issues.
Adam is experienced with all aspects of employment law, including mediation and dispute resolution, collective bargaining, restructures and redundancy and developing healthy and productive employment relationships for businesses and their employees.
Adam is based in Dunedin, returning to his home town after his stint in Wellington.
Outside of work Adam enjoys a number of activities including surfing, martial arts, and most geek related things.
